The “Fuse Pieces” are an ongoing series of pieces that build upon 1 basic idea: the visualisation of time. All the “Fuse pieces” have their time delimited by the burning of a fuse. All actions (sonic or visual) are somehow connected to the image and sound of this fuse burning out and the realm of associations that comes out of said image.
Fuse piece #1 (hommage à Signer) was conceived for the reConvert duo in 2020 and is a kind of study in tension building and expectation.
